Towards an integrated coastal simulator of the impact of sea level rise in East Anglia: Part B1

This report, offered in several parts from the Tyndall Centre, addresses the needs of East Anglia, England to adapt to rising sea levels and coastal erosion due to storms. This section describes the process of creating a computer simulation of environmental processes that govern coastal dynamics. The process relies on “soft computing” which allows greater adaptability and the integration of uncertainty and variability in the model.
